All Registration fee categories (excluding guest badges) include admission to all regular conference sessions and the exhibit hall. This fee also includes the Member Appreciation Reception in the exhibit hall. Guest badges include only breaks, lunches and the reception.

Clinical Staff Discount:
If FOUR or more clinical staff attendees from the same organization are registering, each attendee may receive the discount rate. Attendees who are part of a group should be registered together by a representative from their organization. Clinical staff attendees that attempt to register themselves individually should complete and return this form. NEW THIS YEAR: Register up to two doctors and 8 clinical team members on one form!

When registering online, one registration confirmation email will be sent to the primary contact. HOWEVER, every registrant should have their own email address entered on the registration form.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are limited to conference fees paid, and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchase are non-refundable.

To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid, less a $50 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by NESO no later than 11:59 PM EST on October 12, 2020. No refunds will be given after this date. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent via e-mail to

When will I be able to register for the conference?
Registration will open early May 2020.

When is the early registration deadline?
The early registration deadline is August 14, 2020.

How do I get to the conference?
Travel details will be posted at a later date.

Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?
We request that all registrations are paid for online once the registration link is open. However, if this is not possible please contact us at

Can I pay by American Express?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email. This will be the only form of receipt.

How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?
We are able to issue an invitation letter once we have received your completed registration and payment. Please make this request in the notes section at the end of the online registration process. We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice, and it will be sent by email. Please note that is it your responsibility to check the Visa Entry Regulations into the USA.

Would I still be able to register if I arrive late at the Conference?
Yes, our registration desk is open all days of the event. Please note that the on-site fees are more expensive. Daily rates are not available.

I have registered online but not yet received my confirmation.
It can take up to 5 days for member services to process your registration and email you a confirmation/invoice. If you have not heard back from them after 5 days, please email
