Hotel Bonaventure Montreal will serve as the host hotel for the NESO Annual Meeting. Sleeping rooms are $219 (CAD) + tax/per night and can be reserved here.
The group rate is based on night stay and room type. Discounted rates will be offered based on availability, three days before the conference dates, and are also available for upgraded rooms or suites, as listed. Reservations must be made on or before September 19, 2023 to guarantee the group rates.

Flying to Montreal
Domestic & international flights land at Montreal’s Pierre Elliott-Trudeau International Airport (YUL) (aka, Montreal-Trudeau Airport). From the terminal, you can reach the downtown core in less than 20 minutes. Shuttle buses, taxis, and limousines service all major downtown hotels from the airport. All major car rental companies have service counters in the terminal.
Montreal-Trudeau Airport is served by all major US airlines. Once you arrive you can get downtown for a fixed taxi fare of $40 or take the STM Airport Express Bus 747 which travels between the city and the airport 24 hours per day.
It is also possible to fly to Burlington International Airport or Plattsburgh International Airport in the USA, then rent a car or take a Greyhound bus service to Montreal. These options may offer cost savings.
Train from NY Penn Station to Montreal
Amtrak offers the “Adirondack” service from New York to Montreal, and is rated a “Top 10 Most Scenic Train Ride in the World”. This day-trip departs most mornings (check Amtrack schedule) and passes through Yonkers, Poughkeepsie, Hudson, Albany-Rensselaer, and Saratoga Springs among others. This unique experience offers 10 hours of gorgeous Fall foliage views across NY state.
