A link to download CE Verification Certificates was sent with the meeting survey by email to all registered attendees.

CE MANAGEMENT THROUGH THE AAO MEMBER WEBSITE – Sign in on the AAO member website at https://www2.aaoinfo.org/login/ then navigate to the CE Manager by clicking Education > Practitioners > CE Manager. Next, click ‘Add a Credit’ then select the ‘NESO 2023 Annual Meeting – Montreal, QC Canada’ and individually select the session(s) to add. Your sessions will be recorded, and you can print a CE certificate for the conference at your convenience during or after the conference. CE credits can also be added after the conference. *The Member rates are available to NESO, AAO, AOQ and CAO members and includes registration for French sessions as well as all NESO educational sessions.

**Student Rate is available to ALL orthodontic residents. Non-NESO students should email registration@neso.org with a copy of their student ID or other proof of enrollment to receive the discounted rate.

All Registration fee categories (excluding guest badges) include admission to all conference sessions, receptions and entry to the exhibit hall.

Requests for visa letters should be sent to Meg Taft. Please register for the meeting before requesting a visa letter. 

 


 

Clinical Staff Discount

If FOUR or more clinical staff attendees from the same organization are registering, each attendee may receive the discount rate. Attendees who are part of a group should be registered together by a representative from their organization.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Attendee registration refunds are limited to conference fees paid and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchases are non-refundable.

To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid, less a $50 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by NESO no later than 11:59 PM EST on September 22, 2023. No refunds will be given after this date. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent via e-mail to registration@neso.org.

 

Substitutions are permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to registration@neso.org. Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information.
