Certification/Certification Renewal has been granted to 152 orthodontists by the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) following their participation in the ABO Clinical Examination September 24-28, 2018, in St. Louis. The Clinical Examination is the second of a two-part certification process that also includes prior completion of the Written Examination. ABO Board Certification is a voluntary credential that represents an orthodontist’s personal and public commitment to the standards of specialty practice and lifelong learning.
“Board certification demonstrates a commitment to excellence in orthodontics to the public and colleagues,” said Dr. Larry Tadlock, ABO president. “I congratulate all of our newly certified and recertified orthodontists.”
