The Northeastern Society of Orthodontists (NESO) is a professional member organization of orthodontists from the US states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and the Canadian provinces of Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. NESO is recognized as a constituent of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).

Overview
We invite our valued sponsors to the 2026 NESO Annual Meeting, taking place November 6–7, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts. Centered on the theme Aligning Disciplines for Exceptional Care, the meeting will bring together orthodontic professionals and industry partners to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence in patient care. Networking space with snacks and beverages for residents and students in a room near the sessions and exhibit hall will be open during exhibit hours, with opportunities for branding and product demonstrations of sponsoring company.
2. Headshot lounge
Elevate your brand by sponsoring this sleek, branded exhibit, offering event attendees professional-quality headshots instantly, creating lasting memories and a powerful connection to your brand.
3. Photo station
Photo Station will be set up in the Exhibit Hall for fun photos that are branded with your company logo. You may also provide branded props for attendees to use and hold in their photos. Signage will feature your company logo.
4. Massage chair (3 available)
Offer attendees a moment to recharge with a branded massage chair in a high-traffic area of the exhibit hall. This sponsorship provides welcome relaxation between sessions while showcasing the sponsor’s brand. Signage near the chair will feature your company logo.
5. Fun run (5k)
Sponsor a scenic morning run through some of the famous streets of Boston. Sponsorship includes company branding on all promotions of the 5k, logo placement on all related signage, as well as company logo on the t-shirt given to runners.
6. Game station
Elevate your BRAND to new heights with our interactive old-school gaming area sponsorship! Be a part of the action as attendees engage in exhilarating challenges, with your logo prominently featured, ensuring your brand is at the center of the fun and making lasting memories. Featuring Corn Hole, Table Tennis and Connect Four.
7. DJ with announcements
Position your brand at the center of the conference buzz by sponsoring the event DJ and scheduled announcements. This opportunity includes verbal recognition during DJ announcements, branded signage near the DJ exhibit, and the ability to align your name with high-energy moments such as session transitions, receptions, or special highlights.
8. Meeting App
Sponsorship includes logo across the top of the landing page and throughout the app, with two scheduled push notifications throughout meeting.

1. Coat Check
Create a warm first (and last) impression by sponsoring the conference coat check. This high-traffic touchpoint offers prominent brand visibility through signage, ticket branding, and verbal thanks as attendees arrive and depart. Includes company logo on coat check ticket and signage.
2. Registration area
Brand the Registration Desk where all attendees are welcomed once they arrive at conference, displaying custom graphic or company logo on registration kiosks and signage.
3. WiFi
Keep Annual Meeting attendees connected throughout the course of the meeting with branded conference internet service.
4. Water Bottle with branded reusable bottles for Westin hydration stations
Put your brand in attendees’ hands all day by sponsoring branded, reusable water bottles. This eco-friendly opportunity promotes sustainability while delivering continuous visibility throughout the event—as attendees reuse their bottles at home, work, or the gym. Branding includes the bottle and recognition in conference materials.
5. LED Banners
Showcase your brand with dynamic exposure by sponsoring a 2-pack of LED banner signs displayed in a prominent conference location. This eye-catching digital placement allows for rotating messages, logos, or taglines, ensuring repeated visibility as attendees move throughout the venue. It’s a modern, high-impact way to keep your brand top of mind all day.
6. LED Digital Display Screens
Built-in LED displays are installed in the venue to grab attendees’ attention and strengthen your event message through customized imagery and video, storytelling, announcements, and calls to action. Your digital sign will be displayed on two screens. Image may be rotated with other signs on the screen.
7. Webinar
Company will host a (30 min) webinar open to and posted in the NESO Knowledge Hub for all NESO members. Includes email to all NESO members when available to view online.
8. Raffle
Drawings will be announced by the DJ and occur at the company exhibit by a NESO Board Member at one coffee break.

For exhibitors, complete the form to reserve and pay for your exhibit tabletop online. Payment for early bird exhibit discounts must be completed before the deadline (Feb 1) to receive the discount. Exhibit locations will be assigned in August and only after payment is received.
For sponsorship requests, complete the form with your desired opportunity and we will reach out to you to confirm your sponsorship package. Invoices for more than $10,000 are not eligible for payment by credit card.

*If requested by October 23, 2026, pre-registration lists are provided one time the week of October 26, 2026. Lists will be sent following the meeting for any requests after October 23.
