All Registration fee categories (excluding guest badges) include admission to all conference sessions, receptions and entry to the exhibit hall.
Clinical Staff Discount
If FOUR or more clinical staff attendees from the same organization are registering, each attendee may receive the discount rate. Attendees who are part of a group should be registered together by one representative from their organization.
Refund/Attendee Cancellation Policy
Refunds are limited to conference fees paid and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchases are non-refundable.
To qualify for a full refund of attendee registration fees paid, less a $50 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by NESO no later than 11:59 PM EST on October 17, 2025. No refunds will be given after this date. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent via e-mail to kdunn@neso.org.
Substitutions are permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to kdunn@neso.org . Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information.
