Welcome to NESO Meeting Registration! Please review the categories below and select all those you would like to register at this time. If you are a Doctor and would like to register your team (or a Guest) later, they may be registered separately at a later date. However, to receive the discounted group rate (>4), all staff attendees in that group must be registered at the same time. You may enter their names at a later date if not yet known, but the number of staff must be registered together at one time.

*Student Rate is available to ALL orthodontic residents. Non-NESO students should email registration@neso.org with a copy of their student ID or other proof of enrollment to receive the discounted rate.

All Registration fee categories (excluding guest badges) include admission to all conference sessions, receptions and entry to the exhibit hall.

 

Clinical Staff Discount

If FOUR or more clinical staff attendees from the same organization are registering, each attendee may receive the discount rate. Attendees who are part of a group should be registered together by one representative from their organization.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds are limited to conference fees paid and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchases are non-refundable.

To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid, less a $50 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by NESO no later than 11:59 PM EST on October 11, 2024. No refunds will be given after this date. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent via e-mail to registration@neso.org.

Substitutions are permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to registration@neso.org. Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information.

CE Management through the AAO Member Website

INSTRUCTIONS

Sign in on the AAO member website then navigate to the CE Manager by clicking Education > CE Manager and follow the instructions for AAO Constituent Event attendees. Next, click ‘Add a Credit’ then select the ‘NESO 2024 Annual Meeting – Hartford, CT’ and individually select the session(s) to add. Your sessions will be recorded, and you can print a CE certificate for the conference at your convenience during or after the conference.
