Build your brand with NESO, the third-largest constituency of the American Association of Orthodontists. Our sponsorship program strives to create partnerships that provide a wide variety of year-round exposure, access, and value to our corporate partners. These sponsorship opportunities fall into three main categories: Education, Research, and Brand Recognition.
NESO invites you to partner with us for the 2025 Annual Meeting. Our Planning Committee has organized a meeting dedicated to multi-disciplinary scientific innovation. With an anticipated attendance over 500 attendees, exhibit participation is a must for those who supply and educate the orthodontic profession.

Invitation to Exhibit
NESO 2024 is the platform to build relationships, enhance your brand, and launch new products. Close sales effectively by meeting face-to-face and connecting with key decision-makers. Maximize your impact by educating both office staff and residents, who will also be in attendance. Our exhibition offers endless opportunities, including lunch, breaks, a specialty coffee bar, game and receptions in the Exhibit Hall and dedicated exhibit hall hours.

When you submit a request for Exhibit space, look for an electronic invoice to the Primary Contact email from Authorize.net, usually sent within 24 hours. Invoicing will be delayed between February 3-7.

Cost: $3200
Benefits
- One 8’x8’’ exhibit space with tabletop and two chairs.
- (2) complimentary table representatives
- All lunches and breaks will be held in the exhibition space (lunch will be provided early to exhibitors on Saturday)
- Exhibit booth space selection priority will be assigned based on the sponsorship level, as well as the date of request
- One Pre- or Post-registration list of opted-in attendees is provided to all exhibitors
