- This year’s AOA meeting is a one-day doctors-only event.
- Early-bird registration by May 1st is $250 for AOA members. Sign-up and registration can be done completely online by clicking below.
- The event’s location will be at the Old Ashburn Golf Club and includes plated breakfast and lunch
- We have negotiated a room block at a discounted rate ($269/night) with the Hotel Halifax (currently in the process of changing its name to Delta by Marriott).
- The Annual General Meeting of the AOA will follow Dr. Secchi’s lecture 2:15pm in the same event space at the Old Ashburn Golf Course.
- Dinner at the Cable Wharf in downtown Halifax will take place at 7:30pm.
A 3-course meal is included in registration for doctors. A guest is welcome to come along with the doctor as a “+1” for an additional registration fee of $75. Please note that space for the dinner is LIMITED (maximum occupancy is 40 persons, including guests) and drinks are not included but can be purchased separately.
