Share Your Expertise at the NESO 2027 Annual Meeting
Expansion Evolution: Bones, Business & Belief
Expansion Evolution: Bones, Business & Belief
Thank you for your interest in presenting at the NESO Annual Meeting. The theme for the 2027 Annual Meeting is Expansion Evolution: Bones, Business & Belief. We are seeking engaging, evidence-based presentations that are educational in nature, free from commercial bias, and designed to provide attendees with actionable knowledge and skills they can apply in their practices.
The NESO 2027 Annual Meeting will bring together orthodontists, oral maxillofacial surgeons, periodontists, sleep medicine dentists and physicians, ENTs, physical therapists, TMJ/orofacial pain specialists, and allied dental teams to explore the evolving intersections between dentofacial orthopedic treatment, craniofacial growth, breathing, sleep, and quality of life. “Expansion” serves as a clinical topic, a practice management theme, and a metaphor—expanding our understanding, expanding our evidence base, and expanding beyond long held assumptions about what orthodontic treatment can and cannot influence. Because the science is still developing and clinical experiences vary widely, this conference is designed to foster open, respectful dialogue between differing viewpoints, from strong skeptics to passionate advocates.
A dedicated business success track will highlight how expanding one’s mindset and skillset can transform communication, case acceptance, leadership, and team culture—especially as these relate to treatment plans involving growth focused care, MARPEs, surgery, and interdisciplinary treatment. We invite abstracts that contribute data, challenge dogma, present interdisciplinary perspectives, or offer practical strategies for integrating these concepts into ethical, patient centered practice and sustainable business growth.
Whether your expertise lies in clinical treatment, interdisciplinary care, technology, practice management, or professional development, we encourage you to share your knowledge with colleagues from across the Northeast and beyond.
