NESO 26 Career Fair
Location: Westin Copley Place, Boston
Event hours: Saturday, November 7 (12:30pm – 2:30pm)
Designed to connect emerging orthodontists with forward-thinking practices and organizations actively hiring across the Northeastern US, the NESO 26 Career Fair is scheduled during the 2026 NESO Annual Meeting (Westin Copley Place Boston) to provide meaningful pathways from training to career success.
The goal is to foster real conversations around opportunities for transition, mentorship, and professional growth—helping young doctors explore regional practice options, build local networks, and align their career goals with employers committed to exceptional care.
By bringing together Northeast-based talent and hiring practices in one dynamic setting, the fair supports workforce development while strengthening the future of orthodontics throughout the region.
for employers
Job fair participation provides employers with direct access to emerging orthodontic talent, meaningful recruitment visibility, and an efficient, high-value platform to build their future workforce.
Are you an orthodontist thinking about retirement or practice transition but aren’t sure where to start? Some may prefer to bring on an associate for a period of time to ensure the right fit, while others are ready to sell their practice outright from day one. In either case, finding the right match is essential.
Representatives from Group Practice, Private Practice, DSO/Corporate, Community Health or Academic groups are welcome to participate.
The fee to participate is $500. This fee does not include Annual Meeting or Exhibitor registration. Visit NESO.org to register as an attendee or exhibitor for the Annual Meeting.
