When is the early registration deadline?

The early registration deadline is September 4, 2026.

The dress code is business casual.

We request that all registrations are paid online via credit card . However, if this is not possible, please contact us at registration@neso.org.

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Receipts will be issued electronically via email when payment has been processed. This will be the only form of receipt.

We are able to issue an invitation letter once we have received your completed registration and payment. Please make this request in the notes section at the end of the online registration process. We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice, and it will be sent by email. Please note that is it your responsibility to check Visa Entry Regulations.

Yes, our registration desk is open all days of the event. Please note that the on-site fees are more expensive. Daily rates are not available.

It can take up to 3 days for meeting services to process your registration and email you a confirmation/ invoice. If you have not heard back from them after 3 days, please email registration@neso.org.
