* AAO doctors who are not NESO members (are members of other constituents) may register at the NESO/AAO registration rate.
**Resident Rate is available to ALL orthodontic residents. Non-NESO students should email registration@neso.org with a copy of their student ID or other proof of enrollment to receive the discounted rate.
All Registration fee categories include admission to all conference sessions, receptions and entry to the exhibit hall. CE will not be available to those registered as Guests or Exhibitors. Northeastern Society of Orthodontists designates this activity for 9.25 continuing education credits.
Refund / Attendee Cancellation Policy
Refunds are limited to conference fees paid and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchases are non-refundable.
To qualify for a full refund of attendee registration fees paid, less a $50 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by NESO no later than 11:59 PM EST on October 30, 2026. No refunds will be given after this date. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent via e-mail to kdunn@neso.org.
Substitutions are permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to kdunn@neso.org . Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information.
